  Placed an order of porcelain tile for my bathroom remodel on April 2, 2018 and was told delivery will be between April 10 - 11. I waited until the last day April 11, when I call them to arrange pick up I was told the order was back-order and it will arrive next week(taking one week longer than expected). Today, April 12, 2018 I called them to cancel the order and get a refund of my money due to their failure to deliver on the time agree and not even getting a notification until I called to pick up the day of delivery. I was told that if I wanted to cancel the order they will charge a 20% restocking fee, fee which the receipt I got from them does not mention. That is not acceptable to me, it is very bad business practice to not honor the business commitment to a customer especially when their receipt read: "Our ultimate goal is a satisfied customer". That does not sound true to me. I would never recommend that business.
